We offer fantastic value packages.
Our staff and operators are professional and friendly.
We use Sephra Fountains, the large using four tiers. Other large fountains can sometimes only have three.  We are registered with Health & Safety.
Our fantastic illuminated surround for the medium and large fountains are included in the price.
We can cater for almost any occasion or event.

If none of your standard options fit our requirements can you quote for a custom package?

Certainly! Our standard packages will cater for about 90% of our customers needs. There are always exceptions such as small parties that would like a large fountain. Some customers like to have a large fountain with milk chocolate and the small fountain with say, white or another flavoured chocolate.

Corporate customers may require our services all day or over a multi day event. Please contact us so we can discuss your individual needs.

Can I hire a fountain without an operator?

We only offer this option to the public for our small fountains which are perfect for children's parties, hen nights, dinner parties etc. where sometimes an operator would not be required. The medium and large fountains can require slightly more attention to keep them perfect looking and we have witnessed many unmanned displays in the past that look very ragged after running for a short period. We feel this is the last thing you would want at your special occasion.

We do however offer the hiring of all sized fountains to experienced catering companies with or without an operator. Please contact us to discuss this further.

What size fountain is right for me?

Mini (16" tall) Up to 20 people

Small (27” tall) - Up 100 people

Medium (34” tall) 100 to 200

Large (44” tall) - 200  to 300 plus

Our small fountains are perfect for evening buffets or smaller gatherings where they can complement or more often replace any deserts.  At night, there’s nothing like the sight of our medium or large fountains lit by our FREE L.E.D. lit circular light stand. Utterly breathtaking.

Are Chocolate Fountains suitable for outdoors?

No. Unfortunately chocolate attracts flies. We prefer these not to be a dipping option. The flow of chocolate is susceptible to light breezes, disrupting the flow of the fountain and causing a mess. We therefore do not cater for outdoor events, however, use within a marquee may be acceptable.

How many types of dips can I have?

We know that half the fun of a chocolate fountain is selecting which dip to have. Unlike some of our competitors we will not limit you to a set number of dips or charge extra for a bigger choice. We will provide a variety of dips including, where possible, your favourites.

How many flavours of chocolate do you offer?

We supply the old favourites, Milk, Dark, White and Milk with Hazelnut along with a taste of the unusual including, Strawberry, Orange, Lemon/Lime, Cappuccino, Caramel.

What’s Required to Reserve The Chocolate Fountain?

The requirements are a signed booking form and a £100 deposit. Once you receive the booking form, please complete it fully, then send it in along with your £100 deposit to us here at Heavenly Fountains. Upon receiving your booking form and deposit, this then secures your reservation date. The balance is due 14 days before your event.
